There are few companies that get PC hardware right the first time, but one seems to shine above the masses is Kingston. So when they launch a new product, we like to be one of the first in the know. Kingston, through its HyperX division, has just launched a new gaming headset, the HyperX Cloud II, and the HyperX FURY Mouse Pad.
The Cloud II brings us more than just your standard gaming headset. It brings with it a newly designed USB sound card audio control box with 7.1 virtual surround sound. The control box is LED backlit and entirely hardware-based—that means no drivers to worry about. The 7.1 virtual surround sound can be toggled by just the press of a button and connects to your PC or Mac via USB. If you play on a console, don’t worry. The HyperX Cloud II can be used on your PS4 or Xbox One as well. The HyperX Cloud II is designed for two things quality and comfort. Both the headband and ear-cups are crafted with memory foam, for long lasting usability and life.
The HyperX FURY mouse pad comes in four sizes and is made of cloth and soft padding. They are designed with mobility and durability in mind to suit those weekend LAN parties or those long gaming sessions online. So go check out these two new products from HyperX and let us know what you think of them. We’re pretty sure you won’t be disappointed.
